Below is a summary of updates most relevant to your role as a Case Manager.<\/p>\n<p>1. New Calendar Integration<\/p>\n<p>Overview:<br \/>\nA centralized calendar now allows you to view and manage both manual and system-generated events tied to your tasks and member milestones.<\/p>\n<p>Key Features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create events with title, description, time, and participant selection (members or team) from the &#8221;+New&#8221; button in the calendar page<\/li>\n<li>View due-dated tasks and calendar events in a daily chronological layout.<\/li>\n<li>Automatically track key actions like HRA submission, Care Plan completion and Submission of Care Plans through the calendar events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Care Circle Tracking<\/p>\n<p>Overview:<br \/>\nTrack and manage each member\u2019s formal and informal care team directly within the platform.<\/p>\n<p>Key Features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update the member\u2019s care team (add relationship with an existing member or create a new member in the system to be added in your care team) via the \u201cMember\u2019s Care Circle\u201d page in the Member Status form.<\/li>\n<li>This page also automatically captures guardians\/conservators added during member intake.<\/li>\n<li>Visualize the entire care circle under a dedicated tab in Member 360 named as &#8221;Care Circle&#8221;. You can add, remove or update the member&#8217;s\u00a0 care circle from the view as well through the action button (Action &gt;Edit).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Provider Circle Enhancements<\/p>\n<p>Overview:<br \/>\nImproved tracking of provider details involved in member care.<\/p>\n<p>Key Features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update provider information via the \u201cMember\u2019s Providers\u201d page in Member Status form.<\/li>\n<li>Also auto-captures provider data from Member Intake Form (MIF).<\/li>\n<li>Visualize all the providers under a dedicated tab in Member 360 named as &#8221;Providers&#8221;. You can add, remove or update the member&#8217;s providers from the view as well through the action button (Action &gt;Edit).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Clinical Review Workflow Enhancements<\/p>\n<p>Overview:<br \/>\nSimplified claim creation and better coordination following clinical reviews.<\/p>\n<p>Key Features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will receive automated notifications upon review completion by the Clinical Reviewers for your specific members.<\/li>\n<li>Clinical Review sign-off triggers automatic Progress Notes Creation which when signed off by the reviewers leads to claim generation (Fee-for-Service).<\/li>\n<li>Configured to support HCPCS, modifiers, and time tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. ECM Eligibility Checklist<\/p>\n<p>Overview:<br \/>\nEligibility logic embedded into Outreach Forms to guide accurate enrollment decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Key Features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Checklist within Outreach Form helps determine ECM eligibility qualification.<\/li>\n<li>System prompts status update if a member is ineligible. So, if you enroll a member initially and mark a member as not eligible, it will show you a prompt to change the status since the member can not be enrolled.<\/li>\n<li>Track eligibility via the \u201cMy Members\u2019 Eligibilities\u201d view. That will show you a list of members with Member&#8217;s names, status and eligibility statuses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Task Page Improvements<\/p>\n<p>Overview:<br \/>\nEnhanced task management interface for better tracking and accountability.<\/p>\n<p>Key Features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grid-style view for quick review of tasks in Member Status and Progress Notes.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cMy Tasks\u201d section for editing your open items.<\/li>\n<li>Visibility into team tasks within the same member case under &#8221;Other Pending Tasks&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Separate view for completed tasks with under &#8221;All Completed Tasks&#8221; panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7. Member 360 &amp;amp; UI Enhancements<\/p>\n<p>Overview:<br \/>\nImproved design and layout for easier navigation.<\/p>\n<p>Key Features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visually separate tabs for quick access (Care Plans, HRA, Tasks, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Clearer view names to reduce confusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>8. Updated Categories and Descriptions for Notifications<\/p>\n<p>Overview:<\/p>\n<p>The notification system has been redesigned for better visual recognition and clarity.
